We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached.
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- In the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email thebluethreadcompany@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions via email.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll do our best to make it right quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original order and place a new one after your return is approved.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification about your refund status.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
