GENERAL SHIPPING
Once an order is placed, item(s) will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days. Any further delay in shipping will be communicated by email. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Tracking information will be sent when shipping label is created.
Local pick-up is ONLY available for customers in and around the Birmingham, Al. area. Customer should contact The Blue Thread Co. after order is placed to arrange pickup time and location. If "cash at pick-up" is selected, customer has 7 days to make pick-up arrangements. After 7 days, items will be placed back into inventory.
RETURNS
We are so glad you have chosen The Blue Thread Co. for your modest fashion apparel! We strive to ensure the highest quality and realize from time to time you may need to return an item. Not a problem! Although All clearance items and special orders are final you may return all other unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods within 14 days for an in store credit. All original tags must not be removed for consideration of return. In store credits will expire after 90 days.
If you believe that you have received a defective item or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days so the issue can be addressed promptly. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tags attached. If items are returned: worn, visible with makeup and/or deodorant, damaged, or beyond the 14-day return period, they will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense. Final sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Other stipulations may apply to your return. Shipment options are the customer’s discretion as you may choose the most economical method of shipping. Please consider purchasing insurance and tracking information, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. Shipping cost are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.
